Before Your Appointment
To ensure a smooth collection process, please have the following available:
Identification
* Valid government-issued photo ID for all adult participants.
* Parent or legal guardian photo ID for any minor participants.
* Birth certificate or guardianship documents, if applicable.
Legal DNA Testing
* Court documents, immigration paperwork, or case information (if applicable).
During the Collection
* All participants must be present at the scheduled appointment time.
* Participants should avoid eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum, or using mouthwash for at least 30 minutes before a cheek swab collection unless otherwise instructed.
* Children should have clean mouths free of food or candy before collection.
Appointment Information
* Ensure contact information is accurate.
* Have a clean, well-lit area available for the collection.
* Notify us in advance if additional participants need to be added.
Important Notice
* Valid identification is required to verify participant identity.
* Failure to provide required documentation may result in appointment delays or rescheduling.
* Collection fees are separate from laboratory testing fees unless otherwise specified.
Collection, shipping and laboratory processing fees are included in the price. Results are delivered within a 1-2 day turnaround time.
